• respond to your inquiry and understand whether we can help;
• schedule and hold calls;
• provide services you ask us to provide; and
• operate, secure, and maintain necessary business records.

We do not sell the information you share with Tandem Frame.

Services we use

We use Cal.com for scheduling and Cal Video. Information entered in the booking window is processed by Cal.com and its service providers under the Cal.com Privacy Policy. We use Apple services for business email and calendar functions. When you choose to contact us on LinkedIn, LinkedIn processes that activity under its own privacy policy.

We do not currently use advertising or first-party analytics cookies on this site. The embedded Cal.com booking window may use cookies or similar technologies needed to provide its service.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and booking information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, work with you, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations. Information may remain in our email, calendar, and scheduling systems for those purposes.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Email trevor.e@tandemframe.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
