Automating K-12 district board-meeting research for outbound.
AEs were working through static district lists and reading board meetings one by one. The signals were useful, but the research couldn't scale.
We mapped what the AEs looked for, then built a recurring system that prioritized districts and prepared signal-based email and call context.
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED
MAP SELLER JUDGMENT
Document the signals AEs used to decide which districts deserved attention.
SCRAPE THE MEETINGS
Collect new board-meeting content automatically.
PRIORITIZE ACCOUNTS
Route districts with relevant signals into outbound, nurture, or exclusion.
LAUNCH THE PLAY
Generate email content and cold-call talking points from the signal.

The team no longer had to research every district from scratch. They had a repeatable way to decide which districts to target, when to act, and what to say.
